the best school for your kids is one where they're safe and one with curious and motivated kids and enthusiastic teachers that can help inspire and unlock talent
the montessori method is designed to achieve exactly that. so the method matters because it enables children to become like that.
- 7thaccount 1y agoIt may be designed to do that, but I'm highly skeptical it does a better job than a typical well-run school. I've heard plenty of horror stories too.
- em-bee 1y agoyou have to observe it in person to really get it. it does a much better job. i haven't heard any horror stories. but for any story you hear, you have to ask, is that actually an accredited montessori school, or is it one that just uses the name for marketing reason.
