It looks like we have three major open source imementations:
- GNU coreutils (GPLv3)
- uutils coreutils (MIT)
- busybox (GPLv2)
- skydhash 1y agoThere's the BSD coreutils too.
- rurban 1y agoWhich is the first and canonical one. GNU added a lot of bells and whistles, and esp. nonsense like --help and --version support for everything, like true and false.
