More important that if it is a good programmer or not, is to be able to spot if the guy can get the job DONE.
- epolanski 1y agoI don't see any way to do so. A skilled BSer can do well in interviews and survive for years.
- 9rx 1y agoFor better or worse, in the business world (where you'd be conducting interviews), software is only done when you run out of money. A developer getting the job done may not be the most attractive quality.
