- nis0s 1y agoI am not an arms designer, but I am aware of the historical development of precision bombing. Look it up. The reason the word “precision” exists at all in this context has a lot to do with the existence of a moral code. People abuse the moral codes of others all the time, which is maybe the subtext of your comments.
