I think you answered it though, lots of (younger) people do not like the taste of coffee, so you get the caffeine and the delivery mechanism is sweet & sugary. Here's a free idea for anyone out there: Caffeinated Ketchup. It already turns up every flavor component to 11 so why not make it heavily caffeinated too!
