GS308EP or EPP if you need more power budget. Netgear are hard to beat in terms of reliability/price. They also have a 5 and 16 ports fanless version. I also got an old Juniper EX2200 24ports and replaced the fans with quiet noctua. It run quite hot, better go with Netgear.
