  Ultimately everyone is in charge of their own body. Harriet Tubman had every handicap and still became an absolute legend in abolition. Anyone is capable. I blame anyone capable but scared into compliance or shutting down.

    You’re also not faced with a “sweatshop breathing plastic fumes or sit in front of a computer” type of decision, so perhaps some perspective is in order.

      Maybe I’ve been through that already and gotten out and seen my peers who could have, not have the risk taking ability to get out. Sometimes it is about life or death and risking death is worth it for freedom. Very few people in my experience are willing to take mortal risk and they remain stuck where they are
