What reason did you have to write that? The focus you put on "taking your money" in combination with "scam" suggest you think the aid is not real, or not merited.
- lnsru 1y agoI was growing up in a third world country back then and saw how this aid was provided. Endless corruption locally. On the giving side it looked of course nice. I know a woman in Germany who brings aid in person to the ones in need. I donate laptops and parts occasionally. But it is not scalable. She observes every case in person.
