  Trump seems to have no inhibitions about his posts. To be fair though, this shutdown was brought about by Congress. The Senate has not approved a bill, so the POTUS has nothing to sign.

    The President typically has a lot of influence over party members in normal times, the Republican sychopants who are in Congress now will do whatever he says.
