- jcelerier 1y agoLaw systems usually state explicitly their jurisdiction domain, depending on the level of offense.
- beowulfey 1y agoI'm sorry that you are not familiar with how laws work but it's kind of a big concept and I don't really have time now to teach it to you. I would recommend Wikipedia or perhaps ChatGPT to get started.
