What if it's the sitting Supreme Court vs SR2Z and a Supreme Court from 10 or 20 years ago?
- UncleMeat 1y agoAh but you see the Warren Court, which expanded the rights of criminal defendants and racial minorities, was illegitimate. It is only legitimate when the supreme court is reinforcing hierarchy and enabling violence against the downtrodden /s.
- SR2Z 1y agoObviously illegitimate because that would imply that minorities have civil rights :)
