Am noob, so I hadn't considered the I/O. Thanks. I just assumed they'd use more pins (or now pads). > "X times faster than Y in Z workfload" Mosdef. Also, reducing energy use (heat generated), mostly thru process improvements, allows each new generation to run that much faster.
