Just things like waiting on the download for an Xcode update before I can get to work would be a lot more tolerable on 1.4 Gbps than the like 600 Mbps on the WiFi 5. Or worrying if this video is buffering because a backup started in the background. But I gave up on waiting and just got Ethernet put in in the places where I'm likely to sit with my laptop - now I plug in to charge and automatically get 2.5 Gbps Ethernet at the same time using a USB-C dock and a long USB 3 cable.
