    How can you be so sure? There is plenty of research for Ndrangheta in Europe that routinely uses restaurants to not only launder money but also to cultivate relationships with locals. Which makes it so hard to prosecute. It's widespread. While technically mafia is not usually a monopoly, try moving your business to another one.
