I was pleasantly surprised, that a recent update for plasma fixed the fingerprint reader for my thinkpad t15.
It previously had an issue, where it didn't work after waking from suspend.
- saidinesh5 11mo agoWow.. looks like this is the case with my HP too.. very plesant surprise indeed.. just opened my personal laptop after a week of sleep. battery is still 60%+ and fingerprint unlock works!
