That's an amazing goal. I have TAOCP but I got hung up on some of the early questions, mostly because I wasn't sure I understood what he was asking. I didn't want to get in the habit of "looking at the answers" early. I've been meaning to get back into it and just ask ChatGPT to straighten me out on a few things, e.g. "am I barking up the wrong tree or is this what he wants, but don't spoil me."

Like most university-level textbooks, you don't have to do all of the exercises before you move on to the next section. Often, in TAOCP, nobody knows how to solve some of them yet.
