For those who don’t know: when you create, say, 6 spaces (virtual desktops), you can then go to system preferences and set a keyboard shortcut to open specific space via alt 1…6 so that it would exactly like i3 on linux or komorebi on windows.
But unlike other OS that animation of switching was horribly long and distracting, especially on 6k screen.

Thank you, that was the only thing missing with my Moom setup.
- flawn 1y agoWhat I forgot to mention as well - if you enable the "Reduce Motion" option, the fast animation with 0.125 seconds actually is also a bit less straining on the eye and is really quick. It is a bit different, so takes some time to get used to it but definitely check it out.
