Will these still be relevant in 15 years time, given the pace at which military drones are developing?
Perhaps long-range drones/missiles will be using fossil fuel, but not nearly as much as the heavy, bulky military vehicles designed to carry personnel.
- SJC_Hacker 1y agoWhether they are manned or not doesn’t matter. They still need power which is mostly oil based except the smaller, short range drones. The longer range, bigger drones and missiles are jet powered
- vanviegen 1y agoYes, but if they're not manned they can we a lot smaller, thus no longer consuming quantities of oil that are significant on a global scale.
