Most of them were in form of tax credits which I'm sure helped Texas a lot. Many of Biden's policies helped out red states quite a lot. Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill (ugh..) has already rolled back most of those policies. Additionally DOE and EPA have announced termination of many projects, canceled previously approved funding, banned words such as "climate change", among tons of measures aimed at curbing the progress made. You, of course, knew that and were being disingenuous. Or you didn't know what and are simply ignorant.
