One idea is to switch to a dumb phone or a cellular enabled smart watch. You can still text and call, but can’t check social media as easily. You can still have a smart phone. But just leave it home. For a time I treated my smart phone as a home phone/land line. It was always plugged into a spot on a charger, I’d force myself to go there to check on something. Relatedly it might be nice if someone could invent a smart phone that only worked when plugged in.
