- pndy 1y agoDuring Vista times MS introduced this modal window spawning shortly after system was booted for the first time. It was asking user to join Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program (lovely classic MS name by the way) [1]. By default top option was marked and clicking bottom one with "No" would still keep the "Save Changes" button grayed out up until you clicked twice on it and only then it would allow you to made the decision.
