IMO, people involved in the wrongful imprisonment should be tried and punished liked they committed murder. It is fucking insane that the Supreme Court has made it basically impossible for the cops and DAs involved to see any punishment (civil or criminal) whatsoever even when they deliberately try people that they know are innocent. Extra repulsive to then decide to deport this person immediately upon release. Just no regard for human life.
