- flowerthoughts 1y agoYou're advocating hitting it hard quickly and then insulating it for a while? That makes a lot of sense, as long as you hit it hard enough to handle the losses and still be over cooking temp. Of course, overheating might have negative effects on the eating satisfaction test.
