Microsoft execs share a plan to ward off AI coding rivals by overhauling GitHub
- davydm 1y agoso this is why GitHub has been having issues and is moving to azure - nothing to do with the needs of people using it, everything to do with trying to build a moat around their own ai code-gen. I can't wait for this shit to explode. I look forward to the ai crash. Some sanity would be nice.

- bediger4000 1y agoI'm pretty happy Microsoft has embraced GitHub. It's good they're extending it to extinguish these rivals it otherwise can't compete with.
