Even if its just a demo its really slick. Tech has come a long way. Can't say I want to talk to a droid to check-in at a hotel or bump into one at home all the time but I'm sure there are some obvious civilian use cases around.
- givemeethekeys 1y agoAt a certain price point, our choice will be either hotel with bot or AirBnb.
- jamilton 1y agoIt's cool, but it's total uncanny valley for me, and I haven't gotten that from real robots before. Something about the movement in particular is odd.
- fragmede 1y agoYotel and others have already transitioned to an app/kiosk-based hotel check in system.
