Did you teach in 2021? That kind of ratio seems unthinkable now. Hope I'm wrong though!

  No, it was 2018, but of those students, more than 50% are now/still in tech. Edit: Well, that said, I still mentored recently, and the numbers for the one bootcamp I mentored for are about 50% over the last couple of years, which honestly seems pretty good considering the state of things, but that bootcamp has also skipped a couple of cohorts because of market conditions. It is most definitely less rosy now, but I think the "the student is the main driver of success" aspect is still correct, IMO.
