Third parties publishing market information is a common product. It's only price fixing if there's collusion across competitors on price.
- array_key_first 1y agoWith software the collusion is both automatic and near impossible to detect. Nobody has to hush-hush have dinners to decide to set similar prices. The app can just use an optimization algorithm and they both set similar prices, which is what will happen if enough players use the app.
