My approach is to just tune out whenever I hear about this stuff. I don't want it, I don't use it, I carry on as if it never existed, and they still pay me a lot. If I really need to use agents some day I will bite the bullet, but, not today. Literally all I use LLMs for is to ask ChatGPT about some dumb thing or two instead of asking StackOverflow as I did 5 years ago. Works for me.
