I read this blogpost and I simply see it as a shoplist of pathologies. And even bad at that, because it's only focusing on how these pathologies impact the company bottomline and it doesn't even touch on how destructive this late stage pathological capitalist company management detrimental to society. Financially, mentally but also phsyically. And it also doesn't mention that these pathologies only serve one reason, so that the members of the class who are holding power and capital can extort control and exploit the working class. So yes, people can see the company this way, but if people ignore these problems I listed, they are part of the problem of why capitalism fails for so many and it only benefits so few.

If you think that late-stage megacorp capitalism is pathologically bureaucratic (which it sometimes is), refresh your memory of how the Soviet bloc handled that. I would say that these pathologies come from the lack of trust, and thus the need to surveil and control. The problem of trust does not usually occur in a small team. It does not usually occur in a commune of like-minded people, too. It's not about the economy and property rights, it's about communication and game theory.
