Federal Court Says Virginia Can't Stop Counselor from Helping Patients
- pcaharrier 1y agoThis one is particularly interesting because the court held that there was no "rational basis" for the law's classification of people who were barred from holding a direct care position in a state-licensed addiction treatment facility. In constitutional cases that's the lowest standard of review that usually guarantees that the state will win.
