I hope a similar thing is happening in Seattle's U-district.

- esalman 1y agoNot familiar with Seattle U-distict, is it rental market? Because I hope foreign students are not impacting single family house prices. When I was grad student rent was indeed 50% of my stipend. Tuition was covered as part of research grants. Only way to reduce expenses was to get roommates. Having said that, mortgage is also 50% of our household income now. American dream is expensive...
