Must be warm. From my east coast perspective Vancouver and the rest of the coast seemed very warm and mild in the early 90's. It snowed once in Vancouver, but it didn't hit the ground, I layed on the sidewalk and watched as the snow flakes melted and vannished in the air just before they hit the ground, saw something similar in Murree up in the hills north of Islamibad. Heatwave on the east coast as well.
