Have you got proof that they have military assets beneath civilian infra? Evidence that is not Israeli supplied would be useful. So far I've only seen Israeli propaganda that hasn't been verified by a third party.
Sounds like you haven't done much research besides taking Israeli propaganda at face value. The difference is Hamas has called for independent investigation on Oct 7 and how their supposed military instalments in civilian areas. Israel...has done the exact opposite and closed off any access to third parties.
