What's the mood in the bay area? If this is 17 times the size I can't imaging how much optimism/fun you all are having. I was there for the first dot com boom. So much optimism. It seemed every party someone announced they were pregnant we were all so optimism for the future and comfortable, ready to start families. The restaurants were all full with new spots popping up all the time. It was a really fun time to be there. I know there are some layoffs but at 17x even with some layoffs I can't imagine 17x more energy/money then back in the first dot com.
