Possibly. I've used HelloTalk, a free language exchange, and Italki, 1-on-1 paid tutoring where users can sign up as a student or a teacher. With the latter, you get what you pay for and can talk with qualified teachers for more money, or unqualified for less.
How would your platform differ from Italki?

- keun 1y agoThanks for your advice! The key differences between our platform and Italki are: 1) We focus specifically on Korean experts, and 2) We plan to match users with experts in all kinds of Korean fields, not just language — including K-pop, dance, travel, culture, Korean job consulting, and more. (If you have any suggestions for other fields that might be interesting, I’d really appreciate your ideas!) Do you think this concept still has a strong value proposition? If so, what would be the most effective way and place to promote such a platform globally?
