Good job and all the best. I have found that having a compassionate partner who knows when not to take your (meaning mine) bullshit and when to yield somewhat, helps a great deal. I am very lucky in that sense, but wish she was stricter. So yes, non-judgemental but unyielding nudges help a lot.
