Maybe if I worked in aged care, where loss of dignity and safety issues are a huge issue, I could see this. I'm less sure a hotel is the longterm first exposure for most people for this device. A pet version for dogs especially, but how you'd do ethics review (cortisol stress testing?) All human related cleaning devices need a cleaning cycle. I'd want to know a lot about the cycle time between occupants and how the entire interior surface is .. decontaminated -aspiration would me a massive risk.
