Distinguishing that in-hindsight Lucent was committing accounting fraud and present firms aren't is a load-bearing assumption here; for all we know the big players in the AI bubble just haven't been outed yet.
- brazukadev 1y agoThey are infringing copyright in all ways possible, if AI fail they will also have to pay this bill. It'll be the reparations after they lose the war.
