If it turns out to be a complete waste of time and money there will be a bunch of companies that will go belly up and some that will just see less revenue but still go on. I don't believe this to be the case. Worst case it's mostly a bolt-on for most companies not a "core" money maker. It will be mostly be the hardware vendors like Nvidia and the AI as platform that will get hit.
