I think you overestimate the number of people who could actually do something useful with BASIC.
- K0balt 1y agoThat could be. It was easier than assembly, at least, and as long as you could use peek and poke you could still get into the nitty gritty when you needed to. I remember using data statements as a memory space to communicate between my machine code and basic since it wasn’t really supported lol.
