Has anyone tried running their commits through CRM114, marking removals in bugfix commits as "bad"?

  You could also try to train some statistical model and see whether you can find some common ground in commits that introduce bugs. And then fire that person. (Or rather, see if big commits introduce more bugs than short ones, or whatever else you might find.)
