Isn’t that the government promoting government programs (the ACA)?
- Terr_ 1y agoYeah, it's no different than if the current administration printed up some flyers with "Overstaying your visa is a civil infraction and puts you at risk of deportation." I might not like them, but they wouldn't be a Hatch Act violation either. Naturally this assumes the flyer doesn't have something else on it like a photoshopped picture of Trump's head on Rambo's body shaking hands with Jesus, which would be wrong on... many different levels.
