I would not recommend iterating too much with AI. On the contrary, do "milestones" and solve the smaller problems independently. If the context window is full, better save the progress by reformulating the problem and prompt the AI with the progress you made before. A new start with an empty context. In my experience any coding AI starts with really good code and it goes down from there.
