I'm not sure your comment is completely necessary. I'm well aware there are such apps--I volunteered for years with a women's charity so I've seen it all--but they are two completely different attack vectors. I "wish" that one could stand in for the other but the reality is abusers just have two new ways to harass women in top of ash the other age old techniques. I'm also aware there are probably a number of guys on this site who work in that space so just as a message to you if you're reading: You suck.
