I relate some to the premise but for an entirely different reason than privacy. Simply one of my less common hobbies has an incredibly high hit rate of gimmick social media accounts stealing videos for their own profit, with zero credit, while highly misrepresenting things. A problem not nearly unique to the hobby nor any one type of media, but a problem plaguing it nonetheless. Its basically pushed an already obscure hobby even more so.
