I've been using a Keychron split that has almost exactly the same layout as my MacBook. It's not as flash as the Moonlander or others, it doesn't have tenting or an ortholinear layout, but just by being split it sorted my shoulder/centre-back pain out, and I can switch between that and an Apple keyboard no problem.
