Pentagon can call DJI a Chinese Military Company, court rules
- jqpabc123 1y agoEvery Chinese company can be called a "military company". In China, there is no effective legal wall separating "company" from "government" and thus the "military". If the government/military wants something from a company, there is no legal basis for a company to refuse. Just ask Jack Ma.
