It's interesting that they struck down the line item veto when Clinton was president, but when Trump does it even without a law allowing it they decide it's totally okay.
- treetalker 1y agoI'm as anti-Trump and appalled by the current SCOTUS as they come. But to be fair, the composition of SCOTUS was quite different in the Clinton years (Roberts wasn't even on the Court!) and this decision is technically only temporary.
