This is the multimillion dollar deficiency. Now everything else is a bottleneck except the code.
But how much code do you really need to get the job done to begin with?

You need to talk to customers or potential customers and do the minimum amount of coding. Unfortunately, coding is a lot more fun than finding and talking to customers (for most devs).
