Why Is There a Bucatini Shortage in America? (2020)

For those unfamiliar with specialty pasta, I highly recommend Mafaldine [0] (a kind of skinny lasagna, in the form of a noodle, and Fusili Bucati lunghi, the very long corkscrew pasta.
